Everyone has a story to tell when it comes to food. For me, it is definitely bonding with my daughter over my cooking. It such a special moment for us to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company. One of our favourite quick meal at home is whipping up a nourishing meal using Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup. It is so delicious and simple to make that my daughter really enjoys it and it puts a smile on my face everytime.
You too can try this recipe out for yourself, all you need is to pre marinate your chicken a day before then place all the ingredients together and bake it for 25mins and you'll get a tasty, healthy meal 🤤
Baked Chicken Broccoli Recipe
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Serving size: 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 Can (300g) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, mixed with 60ml water
Cooking oil
450g Boneless chicken thigh
150g Broccoli, cut into florets
4 pcs Cheddar cheese slice
For chicken marinade
1 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tsp Grated garlic
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes in fridge. Coat broccoli with cooking oil. Set aside.
2. Place chicken and broccoli in a 10x10 inch oven proof dish. Pour in Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup and top
with cheddar cheese slices.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 160˚C for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Chef tip: Broccoli can be replaced by cauliflower, carrot or capsicum according to personal liking.

{Recipe} Steamed Abalones in Chicken Essence and Garlic Sauce
One of the simplest way to enjoy abalones is simply by steaming it. These New Moon Australian Abalones make a good choice for this kind of cooking method as they are individually quick frozen and thus their freshness is well preserved. In fact they can be enjoyed raw as sashimi.
Ingredients (Serving size: 10 abalones)
6 cloves garlic, minced
20g ginger, minced
2 stalks spring onion, diced to small pieces
2 box New Moon Australian Abalones (IQF Individually Quick Frozen from LIVE)
For the sauce:
1/2 bottle New Moon Chicken Essence
3TB Shao Xing Wine
1TB New Moon Light Soy Sauce
1 Tsp sesame oil
1 TB sugar
Method:
1. Prepare sauce by heating the sauce ingredients in a pot until sugar is melted.
2. Set abalones in a steaming plate. Spoon roughly 1 Tb of sauce into each abalone and steam for 3min.
3. Heat a nonstick or cast iron pan over medium high heat. Add 3 tablespoon oil and fry the ginger, follow by garlic and spring onion till fragrant.
4. Pour the cooked garlic oil mixture onto the abalones. Serve

How to make lemon bars
☞ Baking pan size:18x18x5 cm
✎ Ingredients
📍 crust
all-purpose flour 120g
powdered sugar 40g
frozen unsalted butter 90g, cut into small cubes
salt 1g
📍 lemon filling
medium size egg 2
granulated sugar 160g
fresh lemon juice 80g
all-purpose flour 50g
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the pan, and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
2. Sieve the flour and powdered sugar, then add them and cold butter and salt to the food processor. Pulse the mixture until you have a crumb like mixture.
3. Place crumb dough in a baking pan and use fingers or any tools to flatten into the prepared pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 170°C, bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
5. While baking, In another mixing bowl, beat together 2 eggs and granulated sugar until combined.
6. Sieve the flour into the bowl until mixed well.
7. Pour the fresh lemon juice and whisk until all combined.
8. Once the crust is done. Pour lemon filling mixture into the prepared crust directly out of the oven. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. (170°C), then cover the pan with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Once baked, Let cool completely on a wire rack. Then fridge for at least one hour.
10. Before serving, cut the outer edge off of each side, dust with powdered sugar and cut into bar shape or square shape as you like.

Like many of you, we’ve searched far for the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe. And finally we’re so happy to find a perfect one. It's a copycat version of a very famous New York City bakery “Levain Bakery”. But the taste is amazing, and the size is really big, 6 oz each, but we modify the size to 4 oz each, the size is perfect.
Levain bakery style chocolate chip cookies are really delicious, they are golden brown on the outside, and soft gooey and rich center inside. It’s super simple to make and tastes perfect every time. if you love walnuts and chocolate, then this is a cookie for you. Hopefully you guys will like it.

How to make Levain Style Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie
Here is the Levain Style Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie Recipe
☞ Yields: 6 four-ounce cookies or 4 six-ounce cookies
✎ Ingredients
COLD unsalted butter 112g, cut into small cubes
granulated sugar 50g
brown sugar 75g
cake flour 70g
all-purpose flour 105g
large egg 1
baking powder 2g
baking soda 2g
salt 2g
walnut 82g
64% chocolate chip 150g
✎ Instructions
1. Sift the cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder together, and add in salt, mix well and set aside.
2. Break the walnuts into two equal parts with your fingers.
3. Beat the egg and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold cubed butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and egg on low speed and until mixed well.
5. Add all the dry ingredients in, including cake flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, beat on low speed until the wet and dry ingredients are all mixed together. Scraping down the sides of the bowl if necessary.
6. Simply fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts into the bowl, and mix until just combined to avoid over mixing.
7. For best results, refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes before forming the cookie dough. Cover plastic wrap to avoid dryness.
8. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces about 4oz (113g) each. Roughly shape the cookie dough into loosely shaped balls.
9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the cookie doughs for 45 minutes.
10. Preheat the oven to 220°C, and bake for 12-14 minutes. Bake 3 cookies at one time.
11. Once baked. Let cool on the baking sheet for 30 minutes before serving.

Hey guys, I've been craving for pancakes for a while and I wanted to try this recipe that I found online. So here's my version of a Low Carb Protein Pancake.
Ingredients are the following:
- Protein Powder - 1 serving ( 2/3 Big scoops, depending on your scoop size) i'm using plant protein
- Coconut Powder 2 TBSP
- Oat / Almond / Fresh Milk - 6-7 TBSP
- 2 Large Eggs
- Collagen Powder (optional)
- Butter just to grease the pan.
How to:
1. Mix everything together either with a blender or with your shaker bottle. The blender would make it a lot smoother of course.
2. Heat pan, butter pan and pour a medium-size circle of the pancake mixture. Wait for bout 10seconds or so. When you see it start to bubble all over, flip it. Ta Dah!
3. Repeat until you finish all the mixture. Decorate and add on honey, butter, fruits, peanut butter, chocolate.. up to you :)
